Background:
Very social and outgoing as a child, Celeste was very much a social butterfly. Also dedicated to her schoolwork, she was in the unusual position to be both Valedictorian and the most popular girl in school. The two aspects of her life often conflicted with one another, but she somehow also found time for both. One of her college Professors even approached her one day after a lecture and inquired as to whether Celeste had a time manipulation device.
Celeste has spent her career being a Civil Servant, serving as either a secretary or communications director or both to increasingly ranking government officials.
Personal notes: Being born on Leap Day has given an interesting twist to Celeste’s personality, as she has only properly had a birthday 8 times in her life. Flamboyant and upbeat, Celeste is a go-getter. Her diminutive size often leads to others underestimating her and/or not taking her seriously, particularly when she is acting in official capacities. She is happy to the point of irritating others, and is prone to giggling. She is also very talkative and often has trouble getting around to her point. She has the gift to be able to engage anyone in conversation.
Celeste has long, silver hair that extends most of the way down her back. For convenience, she often braids it, and then will hang the braid down her front. Due to her broad linguistic skills, Celeste’s personal journals and logs are often incomprehensible to the lesser-able, as she’ll use whatever language best suits what she’s meaning to say at the time.
