Qualifications/ Skills:

Gabon Kyler is proficient in stealth. He is not strong, but he is swift, and he can support a high level of cardio exercise. He is not a particularly good shot, but he’s not particularly bad, either. He is slightly proficient in hand-to-hand combat, preferring a knife in close-quarters combat to a firearm. He can move in near silence, when need be, and he is slightly better at discerning objects in the dark due to much practice with it. However, like everyone, it does take him a half an hour to forty-five minutes for his eyes to become fully accustomed to the dark. This is not negotiable, sadly.

Phobias:
Needles

Background:

Gabon Kyler was born in Machias Bay, Maine. Though this area was once a picturesque community of the four seasons before the third world war, it is no more. It became a highly industrialized and militarized zone, and Gabon and his sister were both raised in this place.

With a scientist for a mother, and a military officer for a father, both children grew up in the shadow of a lot to live up to. When they didn’t, they received motivation. This ensured that both of them eventually joined the same respective fields as their parents, and resulted in the altogether pessimistic view of the universe shared by them both. Ironically, Gabon soon learned to love the military calling, especially because he had always enjoyed being stealthy. Like most people, it gave him that “James Bond” feeling of secrecy.

He is currently working his way through his training, and enjoying it, though he won’t admit that to anyone. He doesn’t complain, but he tries to uphold his pessimistic personality.
