Starbase Zeta. Although said holograms were created by Justin and
the Cheif Science Officer he ultimatly helped in solving the
issue.
-Noted in first contact with Shathar race, after himself and
another officer were abducted from the Hannigan. After his ordeal
he assisted in learning and a information exchage between the race
and the Hannigan.
