Distinctive Marks -He has a tattoo of a Celtic Cross that takes up the entirety of his back. The top of the cross is just at his neck line where his collar meets where as the bottom goes just above his waist. The two sides of the cross spread across his to his shoulders. On his right side on his rib cage the word “Irish.” On the left side on his ribcage is the word “Pride.” On the back of his right bicep is the family name of "O'Toole." On the back of his left are the words, "Sic Vis Pacem Para Bellum." The words are Latin and mean, "If you want peace, prepare for war."

Qualifications/ Skills - Marshall is quick, strong, agile, and is one hell of a shot. He spent several years training with weapons and is very adept at Brazilian Jujitsu and boxing. Although he can be a calm and collected individual, he can also have a temper at times, which, in some instances get's him out of trouble. He is an adrenaline junkie and loves a good fight. He will also never back down from one.

Background -
**Childhood Years**
Marshall was born May 19th, 2467to Saleen and Patrick O'Toole in Cary, Ireland. His childhood years were pretty dull. He grew up in the city with his parents, and lead a pretty uneventful childhood. Just before he was old enough for school, Marshall's parents relocated the family to Dublin after his father got a new job as a security guard for a pharmaceutical company. When old enough, he started primary school remaining in Dublin.

**Teen Years**

After primary school, he moved to secondary school at St. Dominic's Secondary School. During these years, he developed one hell of a temper. Being disciplined several times during these years for fighting, his parents took him to psychiatrists and therapists. They all diagnosed him with being a little depressed and said they needed to find an outlet for Marshall. Year 2482, Marshall is 15, and his parent figured with as much as fighting as he did, they would encourage it a little. They enrolled him in a mixed martial arts school where he learned boxing and Brazilian Jujitsu. This actually helped Marshall control his anger and depression, and it was actually not seen much of for a long time.

Just before he graduated in 2485 at the age of 18, his parents went to the states on a family visit to San Francisco. After their second week there, two days before they came back, Marshall’s mother was killed on the streets of San Francisco by, what was ruled, a robbery gone wrong. His father disappeared that same night, and was actually charged for the death of his wife. Marshall, who had been doing well with his depression, went back into a spiraling downfall. A week before he graduated, Marshall was put into a fight against his schooling nemesis in an MMA fight at the gym they participated at. In the first round, Marshall came across with a right hook, knocking the other boy out. Instead of letting the fight finish, he climbed on top of the boy and started beating him senseless. After a few moments, they finally got Marshall off the boy, it was too late. He had already suffered severe brain damage and came close to dying. Marshall spent 8 months in the Brig before being released and shipped to his aunt and uncle in San Francisco.

**College**

After being sent to his aunt and uncle, they enrolled him in San Francisco University. Originally his major was set up to be just a general education, but quickly he changed that to Criminal Justice and Military Tactics as a minor. He kept up with his MMA bouts, but also started going to shooting ranges with his uncle. Figuring out that he was really good at shooting weapons as well, he also kept that up with a hobby. Most of his years in the university, he had very little issues. He only ended up in one fight with someone, but they were sour that Marshall had beaten his brother the night before. After that, there were no other issues with his schooling. He graduated in the middle of his class with his Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Right after he graduated, at the age of 22, he signed up for Stargate Command Marine Position.
