Background: Born 2477, at the age of 5 his father came back from a mission and was severely injured and Skylar decided he would join Starfleet. He started elementary school at age 3. Then Skylar finished elementary school at the age of 13. Three years later he joined Starfleet academy due to what happened to his father 11 years earlier. For three months he was at West Point Academy and heard about the Stargate program and than joined. Since then he has been waiting anxiously for a mission
